In an effort to maintain excellence in quality, on December 6, 2000 we earned ISO 9001 quality certification from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance for the Fort Myers office, a worldwide recognized firm with over 21,000 registrations in 115 countries.

 Achieving ISO 9001 certification has allowed us to focus our operations on:

With  the ISO 9001 Quality Certification in place we assure our customers that:

1.     We have a strict  quality policy in place, that directs all activities of our company.

2.     We have a documented quality system.

3.     Every customer contract is carefully reviewed to ensure we will provide to our customers exactly what they want.

4.     All the stages of design are controlled so the need of the customer will correspond to the final design.

5.     Only approved suppliers are used, therefore our suppliers are systematically evaluated to make sure they meet our high quality standards.

6.     Our manufacturing process is controlled by the identification of critical control points, monitoring techniques, approved and control procedures, etc.

7.     The effectiveness of our quality management system is  measured by our staff through process inspection activities, risk management and periodic internal audits.

8.     The level of accuracy provided is  monitored by using only certified and calibrated instruments.

9.     Continual improvement its formalized through our corrective and preventive action system. “We do it right the first time.”

10. The job is not considered complete until our customers agree that it fulfills all requirements. For DSB, handling, storage, packaging, preservation and delivery does not end until our customers indicate that our products comply with his requirements.
