Retail Centers - These can be for one business alone (example: auto parts store), or they can be in the form of a strip mall.  These buildings usually have some masonry walls and glass storefronts and some metal sheeting.  Many have elaborate fascia systems over the storefront and parapets on the endwalls to hide the roof pitch.  Overhead doors are usually located in the rear where they cannot be seen.  Sprinkler systems and firewalls are often required.
