Restaurants - Almost all restaurants have some type of sprinkler system especially in the kitchen.  Most require special loads for exhaust ducts.  Openings in the roof for exhaust or air handlers may require special curbs or crickets.  Like office buildings, many restaurants have little or no metal sheeting on the outer walls.
